We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and express shipping. A pickup option at our Montreal (Verdun) workshop is also available during checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation, unless otherwise noted (peak periods, collection launches, holidays).

Order Tracking

A confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped. You can track your parcel in real-time when the selected service allows tracking.

Responsibility and Delivery Assistance

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, delivery times and conditions depend on the carrier and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, logistical delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other exceptional circumstances.

While Lou Inspirations cannot be held responsible for these situations, our team remains available to assist you, follow up with the carrier when possible, and do our best to help resolve any delivery-related issues.
