Refund policy

At Lou Inspirations, we pay special attention to the quality of our creations and the satisfaction of our customers. That is why we accept returns under certain conditions.

Return Conditions

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Customized items, made-to-order items, or sale items are not refundable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at lou.inspirations@gmail.com with the following information:

Your order number
The item(s) concerned
A clear description of the reason for the return, along with photos if possible

We will then provide you with the instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees are covered by Lou Inspirations only if the error is on our part (defective item or shipping mistake).
In all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
