📦 Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and express shipping.
A pickup option in Montreal (Verdun) is also available.



⏱ Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).



🚚 Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the method chosen and the destination:
4 to 14 business days on average.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.



🌍 International delivery
We deliver internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply upon receipt: these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CANADA
Quebec and Ontario

Free shipping (without tracking) for all orders consisting solely of jewelry.

Free shipping for all orders of CAD 100 or more.

For orders under CAD 100, shipping costs depend on the shipping option selected and the delivery address.

Other Canadian provinces (excluding remote areas)

Free shipping (without tracking) for all orders consisting solely of jewelry.

Free shipping for all orders of CAD 150 or more.

For orders under CAD 150, shipping costs vary depending on the option selected and the delivery address.

Remote areas

(Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon)

Free shipping (without tracking) for orders consisting solely of jewelry.

For orders including items other than jewelry, shipping costs are calculated based on the option selected and the destination address.


FRANCE & UNITED STATES
For all orders, shipping costs depend on the option selected and the delivery address.

 

🔍 Order tracking
All our orders include delivery tracking unless specified as “without tracking” (available only in Canada).

No tracking: economical option available only in Canada for small packages (jewelry only), at your own risk in case of loss.
With tracking: recommended for decorative items or higher value orders.

A confirmation email with a tracking number (except for orders without tracking) will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. You will be able to track the delivery of your package in real time.



📬 Delivery address
Please ensure that your address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect information.
